International Life Sciences Business Plan Competition
The Journal of Commercial Biotechnology International Life Sciences Business Plan Competition is an annual international competition focused on life science companies.
The competition seeks to promote innovation in the life sciences by providing entrepreneurs with access to funding, supportive resources, and commercial guidance, and by helping investors and other stakeholders connect with emerging business leaders.
Entries are due by midnight EST on March 1st, and the final competition takes place in Washington DC in mid-June.
Why a life sciences business plan competition?
Recognizing that life science companies have unique attributes that are not recognized by traditional business plan competitions, the Journal of Commercial Biotechnology established an international life sciences business plan competition to enable life science companies to compete on equal terms, and to highlight promising emerging companies that may not otherwise receive sufficient attention.
Who is eligible?
The competition is open to very early stage life science companies and to competitors with life science business plans who have placed in other business plan competitions. For more details, see the contestant page.
